My name is Amit Dixit

Hey, I'm Amit, a 14 year-old Torontonian. I believe that interstellar travel can be achieved in the next few decades, a big leap for humanity. To travel between worlds millions of km apart, however, it is important to make use of the various technologies around us to look for a solution. That is why I'm super interested in the fields of neurology, gene-editing, and nanotechnology, along with their various intersections, because they can completely reshape space travel! I have visited conferences, and observatories, talking to knowledgeable professors and astronomers, and continue to learn about these technologies to understand their influence on space travel. Travelling beyond our solar system will affect billions of people on our planet, completely changing the way our society functions, which is why I'm so passionate about solving interstellar travel in the next few decades.
